This is a tournament of Any% No Major Glitches.  The format will depend on the number of participants.  With less than 16 people it will be a double-elimination tournament.  With 16+ people it will be a round-robin stage followed by a single elimination bracket stage.  Seeding is determined by personal best time at the signup deadline of the tournament.
